Q*ball is one of those bands that you just can't stop listening too. There is something very addicting about Q*ball. Q*ball creates electronic pop with rock influences that sizzles. You just have to take a listen and you will see what I mean. Q-Ball delivers with a hit single "Get on the Bus". Full of pop melodies and funky electronic beats "Get on the Bus" will get you moving. Q's vocal is strong, and stands out as just one of the many driving forces. This is a fun song, and the guitar blends well with the electronics. The lyrics are catchy, and very home grown. "Candle Wax" is another song that once you hear it you could be sucked into the world of Q-Ball. The bass is thick, the guitar is sharp, "Candle Wax" simply rocks. Q's vocals are awesome, clear and very well produced. "Edith" blends sonic electronic and trip-hop drumming, and samples that reaches out of this world. This is a song great to dance too and is focused on the music. Q*ball reminds me of SPOCK, but Q*ball is in its own world. "Committed" has strong vocals, and electronics that rock. The music really makes you feel like getting up and moving all around, and the lyrics go along with the feel. "I got the headphones on, can't stop dancing to the funky beats". This song is a really hook line and sinker, I definitely need more Q*ball. "Licky" that is a fun song, and makes you just put a smile on your face. Definitely a good DJ song, and club song. "Beautiful" the last track is one of the slower tracks, and is more of a ballad type song. The vocals are amazing and have such range. I like how the electronics have a blissful sound that continues and the drumming is steady at all times. If you are looking for a great mix of electronics, pop, rock and someone who can sing fun songs Q*ball has landed.
