Consisting of John BrownDerek MacDonald, Ian Furguson, and Phillip Morrison with contributing effort from Tracy Cox with backing vocals on this project's third release we embark on a powerful synthpop influenced ebm  album entitled Trinity by the project Analog Angel that at times rejoices in a melodic triumph of sound with the cultivated ingredients of a standout track like Drive that starts the pace off within itself lighting up the skies with searing filtered leads and just like the sweep lifts us up into the verse so does the energetic clean, melodic vocal pleasures painted onto the canvas of pure emotion set forth with the dramatic and dark sound of the pads taunting the tails of the verse building upwards into the chorus unleashing quite a great track that could without a doubt be enjoyed in a club setting. Although nothing extremely different in the genre as far as music but the vocals really set the pace on giving that extra push. As well the soothing nature of Tracy 's vocals touched upon the last minute of this track leading us to the end of a brilliant piece of work.

The bouncing arp that shines to the foreground really set this off for me. With a dark electro/ebm vibe with a tint of 80s thrown in for good measure this track really shines with the intermittent ring from the airy-like pad, and another song that really shines the vocal talent.

As the arp raises, and the vocals rise we have The Chase. There’s a strong 80s vibe to this but the progression of energetic electronic music shown forth is brilliant. The key changes really shine out. Just brilliant.

Recapping some of the strong points on this album I can sum things up to say this does have its moments that shine as a whole, swell as certain areas that seem quite repetitious amongst the ebm/synthpop genre. Overall for fanatics of the genre I really suggest giving this album a listen and listening to this album from front to back to hear all that Analog Angel has to offer. Wondering where to go next?
