Reviews CD Reviews Synthpop, New Wave Midnight Resistance- Remote

Band: Midnight Resistance

Album: Remote

Label: A Different drum

Review Date: 9/29/08

In the ashes of what used to be “Re-Activate”, Nico assembles a new venture called “Midnight Resistance”. The debut album entitled “Remote” impresses this writer completely. The musings are a perfect combination of atmospheric soundscapes with decent vocals. The songwriting was also brilliantly intelligent and emotional. Standout tracks include “A Tear in every Moment”, Falling Down, and Second Skin”. The album also features impressive remixes from People Theatre and “Sidechain” . You can and you should drop by ADD’s website (A Different Drum) and order a copy.
