Artist: Nuclear Warfare
Album: We Come In Peace
Label: Nuclear Blast

Nuclear Warfare hail from Germany and play some killer old school thrash metal.  Being heavily influenced by country mates Kreator, Destruction and Sodom these guys fucking rage. Nuke (vocals), Listl (guitar), Fritz (bass) & Miriam (drums) will definitely make their thrash ancestors proud with this one! This is fast, aggressive thrash metal played really well but what is different is that the drummer is a woman! She has no problem keeping up with the guys at all though and does an excellent job! This album was released from Nuclear Blast in 2006 and Nuclear Warfare has just recently released a new EP titled “Royal Fortune”.  They have definitely come into their own on “We Come In Peace” and don’t sound as much like other German thrash bands like on previous outings. This album should set them apart from the others. Razor sharp riffing, intense drumming, and Nuke’s vocals that remind me of a mix of Schmier from Destruction and Mille from Kreator make this album killer. Definitely grab this one!
