Soulidium "Children of Chaos"

At first listen Soulidium's "Children of Chaos"
comes off as overproduced emo-rock for mall kids. With
the right promotion there is no doubt that this could
be the next big thing. Carefully crafted anthem rock
ala Lincoln Park, mixed with a touch of Deftones, and
maybe even a pinch of Queensryche, lays under
quasi-deep lyrics about life, love, loss, etc...
Unafraid to dig into the protools and add techno
flavor to the mix, some parts of "Children of Chaos"
come off sounding a bit like Stabbing Westward or even
Gravity Kills.
The album is fairly mid-tempo rockin' with the
occasion ballad complete with Whitesnake-esque
strings.
Check this out if you're into the popular post
nu-metal alterna-rock. You could do worse.
