“Blood,” is a group I've heard before and that I really like! It's your typical gothic “Visual Kei.” What makes them different from other similar bands is that they are good at what they do. You can tell that by listening to the first song “Lost sky” (same name as the CD) which is a really kickass mix of electronic melodies and distorted guitars with nice soft vocals, clearly a nice dance track. The only thing that troubles me is that the mastering/production isn't the best I've heard , I would like a more clear sound on the CD and the vocals should be a bit higher they fall behind the music. Otherwise we have a really great piece of material here. I really hope that “Blood” will continue like this cause the sound they have now is a sound that really fits them and I think they will get even bigger international than ever before. There is an evolution from slow gothic music to a more aggressive yet melodic sound with a lot of electronic and industrial influences. Oh, I forgot another thing that bothers me, is that there are 5 new songs and 1 outro and 10 remixes. What the hell, ok some remixes are good, but still, it's like paying for a remix CD. They should have released 2 CD's instead.
