Mindless Faith have been mixing it up in the Industrial scene since the 90s now, and their particular brand of heavy electronic groove has been creating mass stomps all over the world.

So what's next for Mindless Faith?

Tron apparently...

Yes, the main theme for the 2010 Tron Legacy Movie, originally by Daft Punk, having already been lauded as a masterpiece of electronic soundtrack wizardry, has been given the MF treatment.

Honestly, I was concerned by this, as it's such an epic track already, that I worried it might lose some of its scale if tampered with.

However, Mindless Faith have managed to weave in some heavier percussion, distorted synths and even some glitching, without losing the core essence of the track, enhancing it and taking it a bit further in the direction that Daft Punk had threatened to at times but often veered from.

Whilst not being a mind blowing reinterpretation of the track, I think Mindless Faith have done it, and themselves, justice with a remix that pays respect to the original by not deviating too far from the formula that has seen the Tron:Legacy soundtrack flying off the shelves.

So whilst not an exciting tangent, this is certainly an enjoyable remix.
