Grave Concerns: Suicide Sister is an incredible song---the ethereal sounding vocals, compelling lyrics, and the music; love the arrangements, too. It’s so unique, yet, at the same time, this song would probably have fit in so well in the 60’s…slightly touching upon the psychedelic era? What do you think? And what motivated you to write this song?

Essentially the song is about depression and is questioning a girl’s decision to commit suicide.

Grave Concerns: Can you tell us something about your fan base? What is it about your fans that make you ladies feel special?

Well we seem to attract a wide range of fans from a lot of musical genres.... the fans we have are very loyal and seem to stick with us, which is great.

Grave Concerns: Have you ever lost your voices, messed-up on lyrics or played the wrong keys during a concert? If so, what did you do to help get yourselves though it?

Yes of course!! We are human! We just carry on as if nothing is wrong!

Grave Concerns: What do think makes your music stand out among other artists in your field?

I think it is the whole package of image and music...

Grave Concerns: Ladies, you’re all looking so fresh, hip, and ultra-stylish in your MySpace profile pic; do you get a say in how the photos are to appear? And what was it like working with DJ Brass?

We choose all the clothes and try and work with photographers who really understand what we are trying to put across...DJ Brass was great as she was a young art student who got totally immersed in our music and image.... even pushing us further than we would have naturally. We have since also worked with many other photographers such as Eitan Lee and Fabrice Lachant who have worked a lot in the print media so took us to another level too with better lighting and a more polished look.

Grave Concerns: Oh! You guys already played close to my hometown--- the May 31st show in Cambridge, MA. How was it, did you have a good crowd? Do you have any future plans to come to Boston?

We loved the crowd! We even had a stage invasion...the whole bill was really good and there seems to be a close-knit electro scene in Boston which was really encouraging.

Grave Concerns: When do find you’re most creative, in reference to writing lyrics and music?

When I am depressed, sad or contemplative...sometimes angry too.

Grave Concerns: How do you differentiate a real good song, from a classic? In other words, what really makes a song stand out and last? And with your music, which song or songs do you feel have met that challenge, have come close to it, or are you currently just enjoying the creative bliss?

It’s always the chorus! It has to be amazing!

Grave Concerns: You’ve been a member of MySpace since July 6th, 2005. How has MySpace helped, or hindered your musical endeavors? And which countries do you feel have embraced your music the most from being a member of MySpace?

MySpace has been great for us in many ways...although maybe we should have used it more in the states to help us...I think we are better at using it in Europe!...we seemed to have gained the most fans from Mexico and Europe through it...but really what MySpace does is allow people who discover you to hear some music, watch a video and then choose if they like you.... people might hate Client but through MySpace at least they know what we sound like! It has definitely given us a wider fan base and I wish we could get more USA fans on board too!

Grave Concerns: OK, ladies. I’m curious, as I’m sure many others are, too. What obstacles have you had to overcome, or are currently dealing with as a female band? And do you sense those dilemmas in other female bands you’ve come in contact with?

We just want to sell more records!!! All bands have the same dream... I think being female has helped us as much as it has hindered us.

Grave Concerns: I read in Wikipedia, that you were Andy Fletcher’s (keyboardist of the mega-phenomenal band Depeche Mode) first act to be signed to his record label, Toast. That must have been an amazing experience. Please tell us about that experience and with, touring with one of the most recognizable bands in the music business, Depeche Mode.

It was a mad, bad 3-year trip with Andy!!!!!
