Informatik is back with a new release entitled “Arena”.  This collaborative effort between Da5id Din and Tyler Newman is the continued evolution of their sound which shows the progression of the band itself. What can be determined after a few listens, is that the album as a whole is very strong. The album opens with a scorcher called “Come together” and never lets up. Other stand out tracks include “Falling” and “The World belongs to US”. The album closes with the band taking you to a more somber place in “The End”. Despite its despair, it seems rather fitting as it is obvious for a closer. I’m not quite sure if this is exactly arena electro rock or only a band wanting you to step into their arena? You can decide for yourself in hearing the release or when you catch them on tour with Mesh this fall!
