A real treat is coming in March 2009, but lucky for me I already have a copy that I have been enjoying. There is something about the new RevCo album “Sexo Olympico” that makes me want to play this album over and over again, maybe it the vocals by Stayte’s Josh Bradford that grab me in or is it the programming by Clayton Worbeck?  For me, this is the one Revco album that stands out to me as being one of the best ones musically. It has a great industrial-dance rock feel, something that I have been waiting for to take me back to the days when I first started listening to this type of music. It brought me back to the first day and how I felt. I like the gritty, sexy, and sonic assault this album gives me. The CD hooks you from the time you put the CD in your players, especially “Keys to the City” (Vegas Mix) Red Parrot, which seems like one of your anthem like songs,  which is a tribute to drinking, strip clubs etc. Also, there are many lyrics that seem to stick with me after listening to the album such as "Revco, Let's Go"  Another anthem like song, and one that is already on their myspace player for promo would be “I am not Gay”, which is fun and quirky. I like that the new line-up of RevCo is still keeping a good sense of humor about things and  keeping it sexy. Other noteworthy songs, at least for me and that are always on repeat mode would be “Cousins,” (only RevCo could compose a great song about incest) and “Touch Screen”, which has a great industrial –dance-metal sound, and “Abundant, Redundancy.”  If you have a chance to catch the RevCo world tour in April 2009, make sure you go. There has been a lot of great music coming from 13^th Planet Records, thanks Al Jourgensen! I only see great hings happening with this line-up of RevCo and this was just the beginning.
