The Lotus Eaters: A Tribute to Dead Can Dance

I have many tribute cds in my collection. Some are good, some are awful and then some are gems. This is the gem.DCD has always beena band I have been quite fond with. The musicality, the voices of Lisa & Brendan, the adventures they take us on. To do a tribute...it had to be top notch. Voila...it is. Some of the well known contributors to this this 2 cd effort- Faith & the Muse, Black Tape for a Blue Girl, Ataraxia, Amber Asylum. And notable lesser knowns: Monumentum, Sarah Jezebel Deva, Ephemeral Sun (Laurie Ann Haus also sings with Autumn Tears and Todesbonden)...you get my drift...awesome stuff. Great covers and a testament for their love for a super band who paved the way for goth/ethereal crossover.

I highly recommend this 2 cd set. It's worth every penny.
