Alfa-Matrix have covered all the bases with this latest compilation.

There are a whopping 72 tracks available on this release, featuring artists such as Combichrist, Covenant, Nitzer Ebb, Rotersand, Nachtmahr, Faderhead and many, many more than I can list here, so you can find the full track list here:

Oh and you also get a free download card which gives you access to MORE tracks, taking total up to 112!

Effectively, you have all the movers and shakers of the Alfa-Matrix catalogues past, present and future contributing tracks, offering  the listener an opportunity to get a taster of all those artists you have heard about but haven't checked out yet.

Since this Compilation has been released to commemorate 10 years of Alfa-Matrix, there is a good mixture of contemporary and earlier artists, which helps to paint a picture of the journey that EBM has taken to get to where it is today, which may be of interest to listeners new to EBM.

Alfa-Matrix state in their literature that 70% of the tracks are rare or unreleased tracks, meaning that this more than just a "best of" and there are some very interesting remixes on here to perk the interest too.

There are far too many tracks for me to break down the quality of each one, but I will say that this is a top quality compilation, with many tracks that collectors would value, and if you are looking for a good CD (or 4) to put in the car to spice up your journey to work, you may just have found it.

This really is a comprehensive Compilation, with high quality tracks by a veritable "Who's Who" of the Industrial and EBM scenes and to be honest there really isn't much more they could have put in!

9/10 - Recommended Tracks? Too many to pick!
