“This is hardhitting epic German Electro Industrial that’s bound to please the entire apocalyptic dance floor w/ further interpretations of gloom filled techno pulse pounding machinations thus given by Dracul providing the music & appropriately joined along w/ long time dark music mainstay, Umbra Et Imago’s Mozart, & not to mention a whole cast of other stars from the dark German music scene like ASP, Chamber, Crematory, Goeths Erben, Bardensang, & Pilori. Though most of the album has its bleak massive anthems & even harsher vocals like the title track, “Der Garten”, “Weck´das Tier”, & “Macht”, they do have their more serene moments in “Erlkonig”, “Sommerlied”, & “Leben”. Not surprisingly, all the words remain in their native German tongue yet it does little to take away from the core of the dance oriented soundscapes though translations to the lyrics in the cd insert would have been nice but overall this is a very cool release that should be highly looked into by Industrialists & Goths alike, & also anyone just generally into heavier music. This is just more proof on how superb the Germans are w/ composing loud, bone shattering electronic music.”
