Now here is a release that is 100 times better then the first release. “Redemption” is much more- easier to listen to then Imperative Reaction’s “Ruined.” I knew after listening to “Ruined” that we would be hearing more from Imperative Reaction. I liked many of the tracks on “Ruined”, but Redemption is much more elaborate. I feel that Ted has really found his place on this album. What I like about the music that is has clean programming that mixes both electro and industrial elements, but is more noted for the electro elements. I find that all the sequences are smooth and have much more melodies then found in “Ruined”. I just like these sequences more with this CD. Ted’s vocals are really come alive and really sound good with the explosive beats. His vocals carry so much melody through out the songs. He does not over do the vocals, and sometimes that can sound more aggressive especially in the song called “Guilt,” and “Your Truth.” The EBM influences come through loud and clear on this release and they are done right, and made this one of the best releases from IR and the Metropolis rooster this year. When I try to pick out the outstanding songs on this CD, I can say all of them. Each song held my attention till the end and wanted to hear that track again, so it was hard to get through the whole album because I would keep each track repeating several times. Great effort by Imperative Reaction!
