"Pushing Daisies"
ABC looks to have a promising new show called "Pushing Daisies" that will be a compost blend of dark humor, drama, fantasy, romance, mystery and death. The cast includes Lee Pace, Anna Friel, Chi McBride, Kristin Chenoweth, Swoosie Kurtz and Ellen Greene.

The premise of the story is about good guy Ned, who has an amazing gift---he can bring dead stuff back to life---way cool! So Ned freshens up dead fruit and now has himself a sweet little pie shop to run. Oh, yeah, one little problem about that whole touchy dead thing come to life gift---as long as he doesn’t touch it for a second time it’ll be good, because if he does, whatever was touched will be dead again, and this time it will be forever.

When a PI, named Emerson, learns of Ned’s gift, he enlists him to help solve murders by bringing the victims back to life to ask them the identity of their killer, and then collecting the reward money. Ned never expected that his childhood love, Charlotte, would be one of his cases. And guess what, even dead, charlotte is still the woman he’d want to have in his life---and the story continues…when "Pushing Daisies" sprouts life…um resurrects dead people, on Wednesday, October 3rd at 8:00PM on ABC.
